Instructional Design Course

By the end of this course, the student should be able to

1. understand what instructional design is and the processes involved,

2. create an engaging storyboard for their e-Learning course,

3. develop training materials for their e-learning course, and

4. create and publish a course in the Sharelook CMS system.

This course has four main lessons 1. introduction to instructional design, 2. creating storyboards, developing training materials, 3. delivering training materials, 4. delivering training through the content management system. 

Lesson 1 will discuss the meaning of instructional design and the process involved in its development 

Lesson 2 will teach the student how to create storyboard for their e-Learning course. 

Lesson 3 will teach the student how to develop training materials for their course. 

Lesson 4 will teach the student how to deliver their course through content management system.

By the end of this course, the learner should be able to; 

1. Understand what instructional design is and the processes involved. 

2. Create an engaging storyboard for your e-Learning course. 

3. Develop training materials for your e-learning course 

4. Create and publish a course in the ShareLook CMS system. 

Lesson 1

Introduction The first lesson of this course introduces the learner to instructional design. The class touches on the instructional design process and discusses further what each method entails. By the end of this lesson, the learner should be capable of explaining what instructional design is and outline the instructional design process. 

Lesson 2

The second lesson of this course will dive right into the foundation of e-learning and mobile learning course-creating storyboards. In this lesson, the learner will learn about the importance of storyboarding and things to consider when creating a storyboard. It will also explain the various elements of a storyboard and give a template. By the end of this lesson, the learner should be able to create a storyboard for his/her mobile learning course. 

Lesson 3

Lesson 3 will take the learner through the materials needed for an engaging mobile learning course and how to develop them. These materials include multimedia elements like audios, videos, and animations. By the end of this lesson, the learner should be able to create their own materials for an engaging mobile learning course. 

Lesson 4

The last lesson will focus on the ShareLook content management system. It will teach the learner the advantages of the ShareLook CMS system and how you can avail your course in this system. By the end of this lesson, the learner should be able to pack her mobile learning course in the ShareLook CMS system. LEADERSHIP COURSE
