The leadership course has been prepared to enable you to become an effective, efficient and a professional leader. To help you become this one of a kind leader, the course has been divided into three modules which have ten lessons. The course first seeks to help you understand leadership as a concept. By this, you are introduced to the leader within you, different leadership styles and effective leadership. The course also goes on to talk about communication in leadership. It expands more on this by giving you information on influential communication as a leader since one of the role of a leader is to be able to influence others. You will also learn about having good interpersonal relationships with your colleagues. Other important skills that a professional leader needs to have and are covered in this course are managing teams, problem solving, effective meetings, managing change and decision making. 
It is expected that by the end of this course, you should be able to successfully carry out effective leadership, demonstrate effective and influential communication that can build up good relations with the team and build strategies in mobilising the team to achieve organisational goals.
