The hotel management course has five modules, which are divided into fourteen lessons. The modules of the course include; introduction, recruitment, development, leadership and management. The first module, introduction, has one lesson which introduces you to the functions of a hotel manager. Apart from having knowledge on the roles of a hotel manager, there are important aspects of being a hotel manager you should have at your fingertips, especially if you have recently been promoted to the hotel manager position. The information that is vital to you as a hotel manager includes; knowledge on recruiting a professional hotel team, developing the skills of your team, leadership skills setting and achieving hotel targets and using basic tools and processes to enable you be an effective manager. This course will provide you with enough information, in the other four modules, to help you have all the skills and knowledge that will allow you be an effective, efficient and a professional hotel manager.

It is expected that by the end of this course, you should be able to successfully recruit a professional hotel team, effectively develop the skills of your hotel’s team, understand how to efficiently develop staff, successfully set and achieve targets and provide basic tools and processes to enable you manage effectively.
